What Iris does
Iris is an on-duty admin for your agents: she watches them around the clock so you don't have to
Supervision and reviving
Iris regularly checks every agent, day and night. If an agent stops answering, hangs, starts twice or hits the AI subscription limit, she notices on her own and in most cases revives it without you. If she can't fix it herself, she tells you what happened and what to do, in plain words.
Nightly copies
Every night Iris takes a copy of the agent: memory, knowledge base and settings. The copy is encrypted with your password and goes to separate storage in Russia. Turned on with the Backups button in the bot or your account.
Core updates
New agent core releases are tested on our side first, then installed for you with the Update core button. Your edits to the agent's settings and files are kept. Every release is listed in your account.
How she talks to you
She writes only when needed: when something broke or your action is required. Good nights don't wake you — a weekly summary comes in one message. Everything is also visible in your account: agent status, copies, resolved cases.
What else is included
A library of ready-made skills: while the subscription is active, the Skills base on the site is open, and any skill is installed to the agent by code through the Iris bot.
Pricing
The first 30 days are free with any setup. Then 750 RUB a month for every 5 agents: one to five agents cost 750 RUB, six cost 1,500 RUB. Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months at once gives a 5, 10 or 25 % discount. On Silver the subscription is shared by the family; on Partner it also covers your clients' agents, with alerts coming to you.
What it does not do
- It does not store your conversations with the agent
- It does not change the agent without your consent
- It holds nothing hostage: the key is removed with one line

How do I disconnect?
Simply don't renew and remove the Iris key from authorized_keys on the server. The agent keeps working as before.
Is it mandatory?
No. The agent works without a subscription, you will simply have to repair it yourself if something breaks.
What about backups?
A nightly copy is taken from every agent and shipped to object storage. Restores are available on request.
Do you have access to my server?
Yes, a service key is required for maintenance. You can revoke it at any moment and the agent keeps working.
